We here at BLV are a group of collectives here to provide the most creative and supportive space we can to the central Pennsylvania area. 

Our goal is to help pioneer the creative culture of our local area and worldwide. With services such as a recording studios, art studio, venue space and an environment for photography and content such as music videos, podcast and whatever your imagination can come up with, you can create here at BLV.
